Data controller

Playing without an account
No account is required. The game does not send answers or scores to a game backend. The publisher adds no advertising or audience measurement tools. Audio, images and fonts are served from the site; playing does not load a third-party video player.
Hosting and security
Cloudflare processes technical data, including IP addresses, routing and system configuration, to deliver and protect the service. The publisher has a legitimate interest in maintaining an accessible, secure service.
Cloudflare and providers needed to receive email receive the data relevant to their tasks. Processing may take place outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. See the safeguards and information in the Cloudflare privacy policy. Technical data retention depends on the service and configuration; no single retention period is stated here.
Data on your device
Language and volume are saved in localStorage. Your latest 200 round results are kept in IndexedDB for statistics: round, character and track identifiers, stage, success, score and date. The application does not send them to the publisher.
The cycle of previously played tracks is stored in sessionStorage for the tab session, including across reloads. It is not synchronised between tabs and is not a permanent preference. The ten-round game and its summary stay in memory; reloading resets them.
Preferences and statistics have no application-defined expiry and remain until you or the browser delete them. See the Local storage page for details and deletion options.
Email and retention
If you email the publisher, your address, message and attachments are used to handle and follow up on the request. This relies on the legitimate interest in responding to questions and reports, or on legal obligations for rights requests. Only send relevant information. Correspondence is kept as long as needed for this purpose, subject to legal obligations and the defence of rights.
Your rights
Subject to the applicable conditions, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, and object to processing based on legitimate interest. Contact contact.sk2311@gmail.com. The publisher cannot remotely delete results stored only in your browser.
